As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled and driven Business Development Executive to help us secure direct contracts, expand our client base, and strengthen our position in the SAP consultancy sector.

Job Overview

This role is critical in supporting our transition from agency-reliant engagements to direct commercial partnerships, thereby improving our revenue, brand credibility, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure direct business contracts with clients requiring SAP consultancy and ERP transformation services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and public-sector organisations.

  • Develop and manage a client acquisition pipeline, aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential client needs.

  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and commercial bids that clearly demonstrate the company’s value proposition.

  • Liaise with the management team to ensure client needs are accurately translated into proposed solutions and project plans.

  • Attend business networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to represent the company and generate leads.

  • Track performance metrics and report regularly on pipeline development, lead conversion, and revenue forecasts.

  • Support internal strategic planning by providing insights into market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the IT consultancy or enterprise software sector.

  • Strong understanding of SAP services, ERP solutions, or digital transformation offerings is desirable.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to build lasting business relationships.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Experience in preparing business proposals, tenders, and presentations.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

  • Professional experience in SAP consultancy sales or related B2B service environments
